ConfirmHost LTD provides web hosting, VPS hosting, email hosting, site builder, and reseller services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies published on our website.
Access to and use of our services is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. All visitors and users must accept these Terms to use the platform.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate account, safeguarding passwords, and ensuring contact information is current. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
ConfirmHost is not responsible for lapsed domain registrations due to outdated contact information.
Clients must ensure domain names do not infringe on third-party rights. ConfirmHost assists with registration and transfers but cannot guarantee availability or transfer timeframes.
All services are billed in advance. Automatic renewal occurs unless canceled before the renewal date. Minimum contract term is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Charges and fees are the client’s responsibility. Disputed charges may result in temporary suspension until resolved. Refunds are only provided as explicitly stated in the refund policy.
ConfirmHost strives to provide continuous service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions. In case of service disruption, contact support; our team will assess and restore service promptly.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, abuse, or failure to pay. Some terminations may occur without prior notice.
ConfirmHost may monitor or restrict activity to ensure compliance.
Clients must throttle email campaigns and send bulk emails during off-peak times (Sat–Sun, 7AM–7PM). Sending spam may result in account suspension.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups. ConfirmHost is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. Standard server backups may exist, but clients must ensure their own copies.
Affiliates earn commissions on referred accounts. Commissions are paid regularly. Any refunds or cancellations by referred clients will adjust affiliate payouts accordingly.
Prices and resource allocations may change. Promotional discounts do not apply to renewals, premium domains, or transfers unless stated. Free products in promotions may be charged at standard rates upon renewal.
Refund eligibility is limited to first-time accounts or as explicitly stated. Payment failures or policy violations may result in suspension without refund.
Accounts have monthly bandwidth and resource limits. Exceeding allocations may result in suspension, additional charges, or termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes must be raised within 30 days. ConfirmHost will attempt amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may proceed under applicable legal processes.
ConfirmHost maintains a strict privacy policy. Subscriber data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for responsible enforcement of policies.
ConfirmHost reserves the right to revise Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
